Here's what I've come up with for the Rockies, I think they're all pretty close.
Troy Tulowitzki- Joe Crede
Jorge De La Rosa- Jeremy Bonderman
Jason Hammel- Zach Duke
Rafael Betancourt- Francisco Cordero
Taylor Buchholz- Generic 34
Matt Daley- Duaner Sanchez
Franklin Morales- Generic 49
Jhoulys Chacin- Generic 21
Clint Barmes- Yogi Berra
Carlos Gonzalez- Victor Martinez
Dexter Fowler- Generic 91
Brad Hawpe- Cody Ross
Huston Street- Jeff Niemann (this was the closest i've found for Street so far, it's definitely not perfect but better than his default because it's too quick and the stretch is to high)
